Restaurant Manager

The successful Restaurant Manager will have excellent Restaurant background experience and bring with them exceptional service credentials. A good working knowledge of Wines & Food would also be beneficial to your application.

As Restaurant Manager you’ll work closely with some of the most Talented Hospitality Professionals in Wales, to ensure that the Restaurant maintains its outstanding reputation.

We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead by example to the rest of the team, helping to train new staff members, locking up and closing the Restaurant when required, following company policies and following and implementing Government legislation in terms of Food/Drinks, Health and safety, getting to know the guests and helping to create a truly memorable stay!.

Hours required:

As Restaurant Manager you will work a minimum of 48 hours per week (negotiable) on a flexible rota, where some days are split shift and weekends will be required (including Saturdays & Sundays)
