Food & Drink

Our menus

We take great pride in the selection process of our food and drink, locally sourced where possible and always the freshest ingredients.

Our head chef creates exquisite dishes, serving the very finest traditional fish and meat dishes, along with seasonal game and offal. Our head Chef is a firm believer in showcasing the best of Wales and takes pride in meeting local producers and farmers to ensure our produce is second to none.

Due to the nature of our restaurants and our brasserie counter concept, the menus displayed on our website are sample menus and will change daily depending on the season, availability and chef’s choice.

Provenance

Provenance

We take great pride in the provenance of what we offer to our guests, with an emphasis on the best cuts of locally sourced meat and fish.

We only use Welsh and Scottish beef, and local Welsh lamb. Our free-range chickens come direct from a Devon farm which has supplied us for many years.

We practise traditional butchery techniques, and all meat is prepared in-house.

Local fish is our speciality, and we only buy the best from local catches. Our fishmonger is a long established family firm, who supplies us daily with the pick of freshly caught, premium fish.

Fresh fish supplied by Snowden & Co, one of the top suppliers of fresh and frozen fish in South Wales.
