To book a table for 8 or more people and for special dates such as Father’s Day, Beaujolais Day and New Year’s Eve. Please call our Restaurant Managers from 11am to 4pm - 6:30pm to 11pm for El Puerto (our Ground Floor Restaurant): 02920 705551 or La Marina (our First Floor Restaurant): 02920 705544
We are available from 11am daily to respond to your enquiries.
Due to social distancing we have lost valuable seats - as such we will now require credit card details to secure all bookings and to hopefully avoid no shows. If you fail to cancel with the appropriate 24 hour notice period or you do not show up , your card will he charged with a £10 per head fee.
We regrettably inform you we have no high chair or baby changing facilities in the old custom house. You are welcome to bring your own high-chair and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Upon arrival please register your vehicles number plate at reception to receive free parking.
Our baby changing facilities are located in the disabled toilets based on the ground floor restaurant El Puerto. Unfortunately we do not supply highchairs, customers are more than welcome to bring their own portable high chairs, booster seats or pushchairs.
We have full wifi coverage available, just ask a member of staff for the code.
